Seven-Star Sword
In the Chinese epic, Journey to the West, the sever-star sword is one of five treasures belonging to Junior King Silver Horn. With the sword, the demons are able to match Sun Wukong's prowess with his cudgel and it is only after he steals the rest of their treasures that they are defeated. The five treasures belong to the Supreme Lord Lao Zi, who comes down from Heaven to reclaim them after the demons are defeated. It turns out that the demons were apprentices under Lao Zi who stole the treasures and came down to the mortal world to hide.
