Nosada
Mino Kanesada was a Japanease swordsmith in the late Koto period (1460 - 1596) and his blades were made in the mino tradition. He is nicknamed "Nosada" because at one point he changed the style of his signature so that the "sada" character resembled the character "no". He is reputed to have lived for 111 years and died in 1536.
Nosada's swords are ranked "Saijo O-wazamono", indicating they are among the best cutting ability of all swords tested.
